We know that waiting for your Ocular Oddities to arrive can be almost unbearable. You're eager to add some new bizarre books to your collection, and we totally get it! That's why we've put together this little shipping policy to keep you informed and ease any worries you may have.

First things first, we ship all of our orders from our little corner of the UK. (unless using Amazon International) We know that our oddities have a worldwide appeal, but please keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

​

We offer a tracked shipping option to suit your needs. If you're feeling impatient and want your order ASAP, we've got expedited shipping available. If you're more of a patient oddity collector, standard tracked will do just fine.

​

Please keep in mind that once your order leaves our little lair, we can't be held responsible for any delays caused by customs or other external factors. We wish we could wave our magical eyeball wand and make everything arrive instantly, but unfortunately, we're not quite there yet!

We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure that they arrive in pristine condition. We use sturdy boxes and packing materials to protect your oddities from any bumps and bruises that may occur during shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

Greetings, fellow oddity collectors!

We know that sometimes even the most bizarre and wonderful things just don't quite fit the bill. That's why we've put together this return and exchange policy to make the process as painless as possible.

First things first, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Ocular Oddities purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your items. We'll do our best to make things right!

If you need to return an item, just shoot us an email and we'll provide you with all the details you need to get the process started. Please keep in mind that we can only accept returns on items that are in their original condition and packaging. We can't accept returns on any items that have been damaged or altered in any way.

If you'd like to exchange an item for something else, just let us know what you're looking for and we'll do our best to make it happen. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, so if you have your eye on something specific, let us know as soon as possible!

We do ask that you cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item you received was damaged or defective. Once we receive your returned item and verify that it's in good condition, we'll issue a refund to your original form of payment.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know right away and we'll do our best to make things right. We may ask for photos or other documentation to help us determine the best course of action.
